Reklamasjon

For complaints handling, please describe the damage or the nature of your complaint in detail. 

We also ask you to send us at least three images clearly showing the following: readable label of the box the fish was delivered in; box / pallet with label(s) visible; damage, or nature of the problem. 

Nordic Halibut will not handle any complaints without visual documentation.
